Glossline’s own workshop combines diagnostics, mechanical work, auto electrics, bodywork and paint. We coordinate the repair in one agreed process, including cases handled through third-party liability or comprehensive insurance.

What does the Glossline workshop cover?
Glossline Serwis is an own car workshop at Wólczyńska 173 in Warsaw. One coordinated process can include damage assessment, diagnostics, mechanical work, auto electrics and agreed accident repairs. After an accident, we start with basic information about the incident, documents and an inspection of the vehicle. We then clarify the work scope, the insurer communication route and the next repair decisions. We can organise vehicle collection from anywhere in Poland or from another country. A replacement vehicle is discussed individually, depending on the case and settlement terms. We do not promise a repair scope before inspection: additional damage may become visible after dismantling. With one team, the customer can see what has been agreed and what happens next.

Can’t bring the vehicle to Warsaw?
We can organise vehicle collection from anywhere in Poland and from another country. Transport details, timing and responsibility are agreed individually before action starts. If available for the specific case, we can also discuss a replacement vehicle.

Does Glossline accept vehicles after an accident?
Yes. We first review the documents, vehicle condition and liability, then confirm the possible repair scope.
Can I order only mechanical or auto-electrical work?
We confirm the scope after understanding the problem and completing diagnostics. A single repair or a claim-related process can be discussed.
Can you collect a vehicle outside Warsaw?
We can organise collection from anywhere in Poland or from another country. Logistics are agreed before transport starts.
Is a replacement vehicle available?
